Reaching out about trauma, CPTSD, or your own healing is a big step, and it takes a lot of courage. Thank you for trusting me enough to consider getting in touch. This space is meant to be gentle, non-judgmental, and mindful of how overwhelming it can feel to hit “send.”

I read every message that comes through, and I’m genuinely grateful for each one. Because of time and emotional capacity, I may not be able to reply to everyone individually, but I do hold your words with care and let them shape how I write and show up on this site.

Please note: this is not a crisis service. I cannot offer emergency support or real-time help.

If you’re in immediate danger or feel unable to keep yourself safe, please contact a crisis line or local emergency services. In the United States, you can call or text 988, or text HOME to 741741 to connect with a trained crisis counselor.

While I’m someone who lives with CPTSD and writes from lived experience, I’m not a therapist, and I can’t provide personalized medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. What I can offer are reflections, resources, and validation that you are not alone.

Thank you for your response. ✨

I especially welcome messages where you’d like to share a piece of your story, ask general questions about CPTSD or trauma recovery, or offer feedback on posts and resources you’d like to see. Please only share what feels safe for you, and know that you are never obligated to disclose more than you want to.
